Bootstraps College Self-Publishing will be presenting four seminars this Fall, beginning September 23rd at the Milford Public Library, Milford, MI with a free one session workshop on Self-Publishing.
A free two part workshop on Self-Publishing will be held September 30th and October 7th at the Baldwin Public Library, Birmingham, MI.
A two part Publish Your Book Yourself Course - HFCC will be held October 6th and 13th at the Henry Ford Community College Center for Lifelong Learning, Dearborn Heights Center Ann Arbor Trail at West Warren, in Dearborn Heights, MI
A two part Self-Publishing Course will be held on October 15th and 22nd at the Holmes Middle School, Berg Road (between 5 and 6 mile), Livonia, MI
We close out 2009 with Easy Holiday Entertaining Cooking Course. at the Henry Ford Community College Center for Lifelong Learning, Dearborn Heights Center Ann Arbor Trail at West Warren, in Dearborn Heights, MI

Bootstraps College Self-Publishing Seminars are designed for authors who want to learn how to publish their own works. There is information on writing, editing, design, pricing, reviews, distribution, publicity, marketing, and how to locate book manufacturers. Presenter is Leonard F. Charla, author and President of Countinghouse Press, Inc. Charla has written a cookbook, Never Cooked Before/Gotta Cook Now! and has written sections of a legal practice manual and a small business book, along with a number of articles for magazines and legal journals. He is at work on a forthcoming novel. His company, Countinghouse Press, has published four titles and has several other works in preparation for publication.
Michigan authors who have taken the course and gone on to become published include attorney Pamela Osborne, web network entrepreneur Phil Rosette, and professional speaker John Tenza, who notes "The materials are awesome."
