Meet Len Charla

Leonard F. Charla is an author, publisher, and educator. He has written and lectured widely on self-publishing options available to authors and professionals and to other artistic creators. Len is president of Countinghouse Press, Bloomfield Hills, MI, which publishes books by newer authors. Countinghouse has presented the Bootstraps College Self-Publishing Seminars in Michigan since 2001. An attorney by profession, Len is past chair of ACES, the Arts, Communications, Entertainment and Sports Section of the Michigan State Bar.

Len's other passion is cooking. He is the author of Never Cooked Before/Gotta Cook Now!; and of the forthcoming How Many Italian Grandmothers Does It Take? Each is a cookbook for beginning cooks... Len is also a public speaker.
